Tumblr Embracing ActivityPub Soonish
It will be interesting to see how Tumblr's embrace of ActivityPub will affect the Fediverse, especially Micro.blog (which is like a mini Tumblr).

We are mostly dealing with the waves of new users right now and keeping everything scaling but interop and activitypub are ASAP.

I believe Tumblr's entrance will bring in a lot more users! I pray they mimic what @manton@micro.blog has done with ActivityPub, mainly by respecting custom domains.
Although I believe Tumblr might enable two responses via the custom domain & the Tumblr user handle. That would be interesting.
